KGMZ Lazer Spots with GeoBroadcast Solutions Brings First-Ever Visual Geo-Targeting to Automobile Screens for Sunday's Game
A live Bay Area activation with Audacy delivers hyperlocal visual content around Levi’s Stadium
San Jose, Calif. - Lazer Spots, in partnership with Audacy and GeoBroadcast Solutions (GBS), will debut the first RDS-based visual geo-targeting for automobile screens during the Big Game weekend in the San Francisco Bay Area. The activation enables Audacy's “95.7 The Game” to deliver hyperlocal, over-the-air visual content to in-vehicle displays within a defined five- to six-mile radius surrounding Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.
The activation, powered by GBS MaxxCasting™ technology, will run Friday through Sunday, showcasing a new class of broadcast innovation that enables customized, location-specific visual messaging using RDS-based signaling.
Using Levi’s Stadium as the center point, Audacy will deliver customized visual content to automobile screens within a defined hyperlocal zone. Content may include traffic conditions, weather updates, parking guidance, venue information, and other localized messages, delivered independently on in-vehicle displays without interrupting audio programming. The experience is designed to enhance how sports fans navigate and engage with the Big Game environment before, during and after the event.

This weekend marks the first time a broadcaster has enabled RDS-based visual geo-targeting powered by MaxxCasting, creating a new category of over-the-air broadcast capability for radio stations.
